Felicia and Annika's harmonious and creative partnership is reflected in their relationships with their clients and the dream homes they create.
Felicia’s love of design began in childhood and led her to graduate from UCLA with a degree in Interior Design. For more than twenty years, she has brought her unique eye and attention to detail to high-end homes around the globe, from Los Angeles and New York to London and Capetown.
In 2007, Felicia was selected for the debut season of Bravo’s “Top Design” and worked as a consultant on future seasons. Her work has been featured in many publications including Elle Decor and House & Garden.
Felicia knows that every client is different. "I don't want to take over the house and make it mine. Rather, the house must be an exploration and a reflection of the lives of those who will live there.”

ANNIKA WEST
Annika’s design training began at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she graduated with honors. Annika developed her signature style during her years as an award-winning art director for major advertising agencies on high-profile brands such as Apple, Vans and Lexus.
For the past decade, Annika has been applying her design expertise to interiors from Malibu to Newport Coast and Maui. Her uplifting spirit and holistic background are reflected in diverse projects ranging from clean contemporary spaces to traditional homes. She combines harmony with affordability to offer elegant comfort and a strong sense of renewal.
Annika also created the “Dancing Hula Girl Lamp”, Tommy Bahama’s “favorite product of the year” two years running. This tribute to paradise past is handcrafted and reflects Annika’s easygoing nature and love of the Hawaiian Islands.
